Tahu 120 gram (sekitar 3 biji) di bejek2
Telur orak arik 1
Buncis 50 gr (6-7 biji)
Sosis champ 1 (70 kkal klo gk salah)
Bumbu nya sih optional yaa
Kalo aku tambahkan garem, lada bubuk sama kecap manis 1 sendok.
