Madam your intake is very poor in protien and fibre,carb is also very high, set is 40-30-30 in you diet following carb 40%, protien and fibre 30%30% , please give attention in your diet immediately other wise rhis diet make a big issue in future you can do google for wieht loss diet, also please increase your workout upto 15000 steps daily with intensity of 6-6.50 km per hour ,this will work . your goal will be increasing intensity not drop intake ok if any issues then you can ask
