Gaes, mohon pencerahan.. Kebutuhan kalori aku yg tertera 1900 di fs apakah harus kurang dari itu atau kalo kurang dr itu aku makan di bawah BMR? Aku jalanin IF jadi paling mentok makan 1000 -1500 an kalori perhari
