guys lost another 1 kg....in 4 days💁
72.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Sumit , I feel energized as my body feel light with my diet and workout otherwise I used to feel heavy which kind of makes me lazy .😅and I don't take special diet I eat whatever I always eat but it's just that I have cut all the junk food calories which I took that made me all of sudden fat. But before that I am always a low water so it doesn't really affect me😊

Kalyan, I don't avoid any food I just avoid junkies and if it comes to calories I can't even have more than 800 calories with all those cheat meals cz I think I have low capacity of eating..😊

Well diksha if you are ok with what you eat then it's fine. I'm no expert at this but I would suggest you to ask a fitness coach about this. There is this page on Instagram called getsetgofitness if you need any help you can ask them🙂 anyway all the best 🙂

dikha Tiwari as you say you are beginner, and your intake 800 calorie only, perhaps you not taking proper guidance for weight loss, in weight loss ,take 1200 calories diet ,other wise you will suffer many organ Disease in later, you will also weight loss in 1200 calories diet,in weight loss, calorie input is not a big issue, big issue is how burn your calorie more than input

@Rajroop i think u r correct... m just talking 500 calories per day but m weight is stuck at 66.4 .. whenever i eat more then 500 calories my weight start gaining.. m fed-up now ....
