Dang, yet another day in which I failed to record my food. Mostly because I lost track and wailed on the munch. Plus I baked a pecan pie and a pumpkin pie (had to do SOMETHING with leftover ingredients), and I had to sample them. :-)
At least I did over 2 and a half hours of aerobics and a half hour of weight training. That should compensate, hopefully; it was probably the equivalent of somewhere between a half and three-quarters of a marathon.
