I always MAKE myself record everything I eat (except Thanksgiving, because I don't remember everything). I'm usually better knowing I HAVE to write it down. It keeps me honest and from overeating, usually. Weekends are hard though. Yesterday I had one of those "I had too much" days. Hate those days.
