Oh you and me both! Weekends are my weakest moments. Don't let yourself get hungry - - - eat every 2 hours or so and have plenty of safe snacks around. Don't get bored.... if you do start thinking of bad foods you want just get busy cleaning house or go for a walk. I am preaching to you as much as I am to myself here. :D My husband asked me if I would make him pancakes this weekend since I am so much better at it than him. I told him NO - go to McDonalds and get some! he he he... he was just teasing me about them anyways. He knows pancakes are a weakness of mine.

Big Train has a low carb (Atkins friendly) pancake/waffle mix you can order from Netrition.com. I don't recommend it for Induction. If you can, save til you move up to OWL. But these w/ some sugar free syrup are a nice treat for once in a while.
