Crazy work day today. Gave a breakfast presentation at 8 a.m. and was out of the office all day. Nothing to eat at the breakfast presentation except fruit and pastries, so ate berries and waited until 11 a.m. to go to the hotel restaurant to order a proper breakfast of eggs and bacon.
Then off to a lunch meeting. Ate AGAIN but only the Atkins-friendly stuff: greens, avocado, grilled chicken. Then back to the hotel for a 2-hour Board meeting.
Missed my morning exercise today and my body is missing it. I think I'll change into my workout clothes now and get in some time on the treadmill before dinner.
