hari ini tepat 1 bulan aku diet ,turun 7kg. Sempet stuck 1minggu di 72 ,eh pas makan pizza 2 potong besoknya turun 1 kg . Alhamdulillah sisa 13kg , cuman karna badan aku dasarnya tulang gede mau kurus juga bakal gede jadi ke angka 60-65 aja udah seneng 😂
