Masih mau coba eksperimen buat ngeringin body fat dulu bro, jadi masih cut di bawah tdee. Maintenance sama bulking masih plan nanti nanti kayanya.

Dalam Diet ada dua jenis yang pertama cutting (menurunkan berat badan) Dan Bulking (menaikkan berat badan) makanya kalo denger diet jangan cuma mikir nurunin berat badan Diet itu mengatur pola makan
