Not surprising after a week of “I’ll start tomorrow” well... tomorrow never came 😡. What amazes me though is I can do so well an entire week ( make great food choices, be in a good mindset, eat something “off track” but doesn’t set me back, celebrate a weight loss -something how a “normal” person lives their days 🤦🏻♀️. But I’ve been trying to be a “normal” eater for years. New week, new goals. Looking forward to a more productive week 🤞🏼
