Hello FS team:

I've been trying my best to stay on menu and workout, but I've been faced with alot of distractions, First off last weekend was the opening of the State Fair of Texas which is known for some of the best fried food you ever put in your mouth, yes I HAD to have the funnel cake! Anyway my sweet cravings are stronger and if I eat anymore peanut butter, I will need to go into rehab. My Zumba instructor was fired from our dance studio so now on Tue and Thurs I have to find something else to do and my carbs have been over 30 net grams most days.....UGH!! So I'm trying to stay focused, get things back in order and set new schedules, new benchmarks and a new mini goal. Nothing will happen overnight, but by Monday I plan to have this all figured out....over some ice cream!!!
