Yesterday was a great day full of exercise.... I updated my journal to say hunting, but it really wasn't hunting.. I spent 9 hours walking all over the shooting range for the State Employees Charitable Campaign, shooting Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays!
Several State Agencies pay like $45.00 a shooter, we had 205! All the money goes to a pre selected charity for the SECC! It is such great exercise, I came home exhausted, used muscles I normally don't, walked miles and had so much fun!!
I didn't shoot very well, only hit 22 / 75 targets, but it is harder than you think. Hit a 4" target at 55 - 60 mph, even with a shotgun, it's difficult. One of these day's, I think I'll takeup shotgun sports!
