Did my usual treadmill routine: 2.6 miles, hill intervals for 45 minutes, 305 calories burned. Breast tenderness still there. Am I starting to PMS at this late age? Weird...

Congrats on the exercise! Breast tenderness can be caused by changing hormone levels as women head into menopause too.

It is your hormones.Your progesterine levels are up right now that makes for breast tenderness. Wacky or unsual pms symptoms are the way it started for me(perimenopause). You also commented that you were hungrier then normal that is why. It is not your imagination.
