I kind of did poorly yesterday but I am still feeling kind of lousy so that is my excuse. I didn't even attempt to record what I ate because I honestly don't remember. I think I went through the day in a fog.

I did get a nice compliment from my 15 yr old daughter. She saw me changing shirts and before I had my second shirt on, she made the comment that I looked really thin in my fitted black top (it was a fitted shirt I was going to wear up under a tshirt). Wow...first off a compliment from a teenage girl to her mother! That was HUGE!!! Regardless, it made my day. I think I have motivated her too. She is not big by any means but she has put on some weight during the last year....going from a 7 to an 11 in jeans. Lucky for her she is 5'10" (I'm barely 5'6") so she had height on her side. If she lost 15-20 lbs, she would look incredible!
