Back to working on that hip pain again. I stopped for a while, because I really didn't see any improvement.....probably due to lack of consistency. Hubby kind of took charge a few days ago and started "electrocuting" me. (Just joking, but that is what it feels like.) He has this TENS unit with sandals that he puts on me and cranks it up to level 4. (He only uses a 3 on himself!) Then we watch something on Netflix to distract me, while my legs muscles jerk. At first, I thought he was nuts, but I can put my pants on without having to lift my leg with my hand and I can cut my toe nails! Still have to lift my leg to put it in the car though. My inspiration is a reminder....I have to remind myself that I couldn't twist my waist before, but after kickboxing, I could. Must keep going.
