Well it's not 1500 calories but to get it from almost 4000 in one day down to 1638 I'm happy with that! I also went for a 3 km walk on trails around a nature conservation area with my son! First time in weeks getting more than 5000 steps in a day! Good start I'd say 👍😉👌
