I really need to stay focused, cause there is so much temptation to fall off my diet n eat what I want to, so far I have been doing ok, w the diet thing, I have just been trying to stay under 1500 cal. Which isn't so bad. What is freaking bad is the workout part. I am walking 3-4 miles a day since Monday so I hope my Friday weigh in will show me results cause when I look in the mirror I see none! No results at all
