Happy to be home, finally. Retaining water from the travel (at least I hope it's just water). I'm really missing my exercise. Need to get onto the treadmill this morning.

Thanks, Paula. My hubby got onto the scale this morning, and he LOST weight while we were away. I knew, even before getting onto the scale, that I was retaining water bc I could feel it in my boobs and feet. Now, I know men don't have boobs, but they do have feet.... Argh! Anyway, I feel much better after exercising this morning. Back in the saddle, as you say.
