So I haven't been recording in the diet calander, no exercise for more than a week. But I'm back on track now. Joined a new challange I'm hoping that will help. I basically just gave up after not loosing for a few weeks lost motivation and just did nothing. But that is not an option, especially since I have to loose at least 15 pounds before getting pregnant again. I have to do this.
