This month is going little on exercise but I'm trying to maintain a calorie deficit diet. Could anyone please suggest some high protein veg meal ideas? Need to cut down on my carbs intake.

Try soya chunk.
you can boil it then squeeze and remove water coat with cornflour, chilli power and salt mixture. can add other spices or herb you like. after coating keep for sometime then sautéed it in less oil. it tast good. don't use more cornflour just 1tbsp for 1/2 cup uncooked soya. Soya are really good in protein content. but just be careful they are hard to digest, you can increase fiber intake if you feel digestion issue, like oats.
