Put a post on my Facebook yesterday that applies to here too: "when you've been submerged in darkness (depression), you learn to appreciate the light (feeling better)
So apparently one small postive change a day can make things a bit brighter. Making a conscious effort over what goes into your body does apply some self control.
If you want something to change it's up to you to change it, because unfortunately it does not come knocking to your door or nor will it pull your butt up of the couch!that has to all come from within!
