I didn't know you could microwave a poached egg. cool! how long did you put it in for and was it a regular setting?

Just regular setting bring a quarter cup water to boil in microwave for a minute on a plate/bowl, then crack egg on the plate/bowl with hot water and microwave for another 1-3 minutes depending on microwave and plate etc. :)
