Back again...It seems like I do this every year. Looking back at my weigh ins, I haven't been my target weight since 2016. Kind of depressing honestly. At the moment I have 34.5 lbs to go. I've recently found that I have a ton of food allergies which makes everything so much harder. On the plus side, I am having a very yummy lentil soup for lunch today!
