My measurements for Week 3:
neck: 14 1/2 (same) bicep: 13 (down 1/2) bust: 39 1/2 (down 1 1/2) waist: 38 1/2 (down 1) belly button: 45 1/2 (down 1) hips: 47 (down 1/2) thigh: 27 (same) calf: 16 (up 1/2)
In total down 4 1/2 inches. Not too shabby for a week...I'll take it! Need to focus on eating. With the new job, it's hard to get my proper meals and snacks in and I wind up not eating enough calories!
