I decided to stop tracking food and calories last night and skip the elliptical, just for the evening to give myself a break. I made a fathead pizza (first time ever trying to make fathead dough) and some sugar free jell-o with fruit and whipped cream. and dark chocolate. and I just let myself eat and watch movies and have a nice relaxing bath. I didn't binge eat the whole pizza like I expected myself to do. I didn't eat 3 chocolate bars. I didn't spend the whole night bloated and so stuffed I could pop. I don't feel like shit this morning. A nice little breather from focusing so hard on food and calories and working out. I don't want to become obsessed or develope an eating disorder, or worsen my mental health in any kind of way, so it is important to do things like this, I think.
