Hi, thanks for accepting my buddy request. I saw that you are on a low carb diet and wanted to check out your diet calender. I see that you take coconut oil. How do you take it, just like that or do you use it for cooking, etc? And is it helpful? Yeah, I'm quite glad that I'm almost reaching my 1st goal weight, but I do have a good 15 pounds more to go after that (to actually be "slim" - if that is ever possible). And yayyy to that yelow brick road... I'm also worried about the maintaining phase and putting on all the weight again.
