Aaarrgh! I am frustrated and I don't like it! I am stuck again and it just seems so soon after the last time!! This is crazy! I've been working hard, been busy, bypassed the Halloween Party and Sticky Yummy Home Made Deserts that go over so well at the Party, Handed out Reese's stix and Peanutbutter Cups and Milk Duds (4 bags of them) to trick or treaters at my house, I could smell them, but did not touch them as I knew it would be "bad, bad, BAD!" to do that to myself after all this work with so much ahead.

But I'm stuck... a plateau again? So Soon? I did really well after I came back from vacation, how does that happen?

My mom called me and invited my family to join her in Sedona at her timeshare tomorrow. It's only 90 minutes away, beautiful in the fall, and much cooler than Phx... (I think it was in the ninety's again today, (anyone have the count on days over 90 degrees this year?)

Anyway, we're going to go and I will most likely have a coctail with my mom and break the diet for one meal again... hopefully, I'll shock my system into getting my rear into gear again!

One can only hope!

It stinks when you hit those plateaus! I know! Just came off one myself that lasted 2 weeks... All I can say is to make sure you are eating enough...if you are eating too little your body will shut down and you will stop losing. I just kept plugging away even though I wanted to cut my calories down to about nil to make the scale go down. It finally did and yours will too. Have fun with your family!

try mixing up your calories. Its what they call "zig-zagging" Try tricking your body by having a higher calorie day, then follow it with a lower calorie day. for example if you eat 1200 calories a day.. have 1400 on one day and follow it with a 800 day the next.. they swear it works. I did try it once and it did work for me, but I have a hard time on those low calorie days so I can't do it very often. Good luck, you are doing great, give your body time to adjust. I hear sometimes there is a weight stall when you are about to actually lose "inches".. so maybe your body is just making its "adjustment"
