You have a similar schedule to me. I sit at a desk for 9 hours. It's horrible when you are trying to get active. I log only about 300-500 steps in a 8 hour period. Once it cools down, i am going to try to do a couple of 15 minute walks during the day. Too hot to do it and then try to look nice when I get done! Good luck!
