i am feeling really down these days and i badly need motivation .. i have been over weight since the age of 10 and i really want to loose weight and want to fit in every single dress i bought for myself but unable to wear or not look good while wearing it .. hope o get some motivation from such an Incredible and motivated fam i have here :')

its ok, if ur feeling down now days...this happens... its very normal... u seems a lovely and talkative person, very beautiful inside and out,.. ur doing an incredible job with ur diet and stuff... keep doing it and u will get ur ideal weight...

This is the only platform where i feel if i share somthing no one will judge me .. Maam it's not one day job you should be keep effort and focus you dont think how much it's hard you think only about result .Further control your food take maximum proteins and les carb & do some exercises.its long journey but reward is more than our thinking. God bless you with best wishes.

Well take it from a person who used to weigh about 147 kg in February. There's gonna be hard times.time when you feel like giving up. But it's okay to feel down once in a while.It actually shows us what we are missing.what we're fighting for. Understand that feeling down is way better then people looking at you with funny eyes. Will it will all worth it. Whenever you felt down stand-up twice as hard. That's what consistency is all about. Best wishes and good luck.
