I feel so guilty! LOL... I have TOTALLY blown it over the past several days. Candy, cookies,junk, junk, junk, ughhhhhhh. Oh well. No weight gain, now just time to get back at it. I plan to hit the gym at least 4 days this week. Hopefully I can get a few more lbs off before the Holidays are here. That way I can afford to enjoy all the good eats.
