Mine either - I usually put a huge pot of vegetable soup with a lot of water (broth) on to simmer... helps me sip slowly while I get a grip on my 'eating out of boredom and depression' minutes.

Great idea. I love soup but usually don't eat much of it in the warmer months. Soup is one of the few things I like about the cold months. I did find a cinnamon herbal tea that I like a lot that has helped with the boredom eating.

Good idea - I think anything that I can sip 'hot' and make me slow down to breathe and remember to find something to 'do' when bored besides 'eat' is a good thing. Ironic, I love to cook and can make entire meals without the need to nibble but there's no one here to eat it but DH and before you know it the fridge is full of left overs. Maybe I should open a soup kitchen, LOL :-)

If be first in line to buy either of your soups... I love homemade soup but hate to cook! Xoxox
