Instead of wheat try eating jowar or ragi rotis.... you'll se instant amazing results within a week just by cutting out wheat (gluten)

That's not only wheat roti, it's a mixture of ragi, barley, soya, oats and other grains and I am getting good results lost almost 9kgs in 35days
