a daily walk of 11-12km at avg pace of 5.8km/hr, and I am mostly at rest through out the day and do light cardio once in a while and having less than 1200cal per day and make sure to have a cheat day of 2000cals so that body doesn't adapt to 1200cals per days which reduces speed of loosing weight.
