Im having a hard time sticking to my calorie count. any suggestions? my motivation is very low.

I'm so sorry for your troubles. I hope you feel better soon. I don't know how to help you with motivation, except to say believe in yourself, think long-term and know that you are worth the sacrifice. Good luck on your journey, and remember, we are all walking this path with you. 🌈

I posted a list of reasons I want to lose weight. I listed things like to get healthy and to be a good role model for my kids. I put the list on my mirror so I looked at it everyday.
