I’ve gotten back into a good routine with working out and I’m on day 11 of a 14 day shred so even though I gained I feel so much better so hopefully gaining back some muscle in here !
83.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
