I just bought the book "The Primal Blueprint" and I've decided to try and cut out sugar (except fruits), bread, grain, beans and legumes - so as of yesterday it's just lean meat and veggies, seeds and nuts. I'm also going to change my workouts a little - with lots more strength training and only 20 - 30 minutes of cardio at the gym (instead of my typical 50 minutes). I'm not giving up my long bike rides though! Went out today for 15 miles.

I've heard about that type of regime before. It's very healthy, if you can stick to it. Actually, even if you can stick to it, as a general approach it's pretty good. And the bike rides will really help.
