Got my post-TOM, post-Chicago-travel-water retention whoosh today. Dropped 1.25 lbs. Since I traveled Mon/Tues to/from San Jose, hoping for another drop this week.

sorry, but I just had to get on the scale after getting back home. That's my way of keeping myself in check, particularly when traveling or eating away from home.

uh oh, beware of the scale police LOL. I got on too, sue me. TOM is coming soon and wanted my lowest possible weight recorded for my end of the month total.

LOL, indeed!!! Day 1 of the Challenge didn't line up very well with my schedule. I suppose I could treat today as Day 1 of the Challenge, but the fact is that I weigh myself every day anyway, and I'm ok with that.
