I joined FatSecret on May 2. It's now July 2! I'm proud to say I've stuck with tracking all of my food, even on the "bad" days. I've seen quite a few red days in my journal but the green days are waaay more common. I'm not always active or eating healthy and that's okay, too. Sustainability and progress is far more important than perfection.
I get discouraged sometimes that I'm not zooming towards my goal, but I am getting closer each week. I feel better mentally and physically. My body is slowly changing. I'm averaging just over a pound lost each week and that's fantastic!
Below you'll find my starting photos from 5/2 compared to today, 7/2. I'm also including my weigh in and other data from 5/2 compared to today. I can't wait to see where I am by September!
