Aku kuncinya justru di defkal kak, olahraga nya pas turun 5kg pertama hbis itu ngga lagi..hehehe..krn anak udh mulai belajr jalan , jdi cape bgt berasa olahraga....😂😂
Yg jelaa aki defkal nya ga di bawah BMR kak..
