kakakā€ fatsecret, berat badan yoyo tuh solusinya apa ya? soalnya metabolisme saya jg kayaknya udah agak turun, sering pusing juga. mau naikin intensitas juga makannya dari 700 mau ke 800 ke 900 sampai 1300. ada saran?
