I am still struggling and have become very stressed about it. So, I have come up with a plan of action. I am not going to weigh myself as often and not stress over my eating as much. I have found that I am eating more fruits and veggies and most time need to have desert to meet my RDI for the day. I think the stress I am placing on myself might be part of the problem. Goal for this month: relax, exercise when I can, eat healthy, and not worry about being fat so much.
