Dont follow such diets guys, i followed it and as soon as i left the diet i gained back the 2-3kgs i lost. It took away my health and my immune system was badly affected. I have low bp& blood sugar levels for a month and could not do any exercise

@ Nida Shareef Any sudden change either in lifestyle or diet pattern always results in weight gain. Any such changes have to be made gradually

Nida Shareef what you lost is water weight which can be glycogen stores in your body it looses quickly and gains fast if you eat carbs again, weight loss is a slow process because fat burns slower..

Okay so as most of u are saying we will gain weight after stop doing this deit I did some research and thank u for saying this.so I have decided not to do such deits instead I will give time to my body and I will try to improve my lifestyle into healthy one.again THANK U 😊😊😊
