It's not like it's unhealthy it has some Essential minerals like calcium,magnesium,iron and many more. N in my egg deit yolk cannot be skipped!😊

Yes I agree. egg yolks are must have. the fat and cholesterol in that is rather healthy cholesterol.

Yellow yolk contains some important nutrients and it is a healthy cholesterol.... Many people avoiding it due to misunderstandings....
