Hello sis i am not following any particular diet.. I am reducing my calorie intake upto 500cal and eating whatever want... (But taking 2spoons oil/ghee per day,home made food).. Some times I cheat on myself and I will eat sweets too.. But again I count on .. Make sure follow calorie deficit, include proteins in your diet like meat, eggs, moong dal, milk and do workouts... You will loose your weight:)
