Meskipun dietnya berlangsung sangat lama , sekitar 2-3 tahunan , tapi pada akhirnya hasilnya terlihat jelas seiring waktu , makanan juga ga dikurangi begitu banyak , dan berat ga kembali lagi meskipun ga workout,asalkan konsisten pasti bisa tercapai suatu hari
