I suggest you minimize sugar. As fruit you can eat strawberries, kiwis, forest fruit, blackberries, bananas, pineapples. These will help you burn fat. Make sure the quantities are minimal.

I eat only once in a whole day so I consume lots of fruits which keeps me full for the whole day
