No weigh in today as before I weighed myself I had breakfast at 07h30! Took the dog to hospital for her chemotherapy.

But sticking to the diet and exercise! Definitely getting stronger 💪
I did 40 sit ups yesterday! And 55 minutes on the bike!

Absolutely shattered and SO looking forward to dinner... Starving too!

Hi Sam, doing ok thanks. Lost 3lb 3oz over the past fortnight, I've decided to do my weigh-ins every 2 weeks so in my mind (tiny mind 🤣) I'm doing better than I actually am 😂 what am I like! We've just got to keep at it if we want results, right. Good luck for your next weigh-in 😉

Kathy, any loss at all is a step forward and it's progress on your journey! We're all on different journeys and all move at a different pace! Weighing yourself every 2 weeks is a great idea if it works for you! Keep it up! Proud of you Sam xx

Kathy 😘 I love this community - I hate social media so don't use it but this is a place I love! I often feel a bit crap to be honest about my weight - the diet is actually easy and enjoyable but it's the lack of instant gratification I suppose that's making me feel off sometimes. However, it's all the FS members who uplift my spirits! And it makes me want to be supportive to others! That's why the plan is working, because everyone is supportive of each other! Hope you've had a great day! We're in Finchley, North London and the weather has been super hot! It was 30 degrees Celsius here which was mad! But it's been productive - have done 3 loads of laundry and hung it all out in the garden! 😀
