It is a lovely morning and I only hope it stays lovely throughout the day. Yesterday was a rollercoaster day emotionally I was not in a good place because of family issues, this just brought on the binger in me and I went way overboard. Today is a new day and I am starting fresh again. I can do it, I can do it, I can do it.

Wow Toni you have boosted me for the day :-) You are damn right you can do it and you will. Emotional issues especially when it comes to family also brings puts me in the same phase and it is so hard to keep track.
