I am continue to improve and lose weight but the distances i must cover running are becoming unbearable, today the 18.94Km was extensively hard. Yes they were made in stages 3 parts with breaks between them but the necessary energy to go was not there. After all now is a good moment and the goal don't seem so far. Even thou the fat sticking to the skin will need more punishment to go.

I will like to fast one day, but must admit is hard just to keep it going this way.

I just feel rusty in a beautiful place, it made me remember a photo from Marseilles France when i took it I did not think I will ever feel like this :)
